Job Description:

About Us

We're a boutique Chartered Accounting firm in the heart of Sydney, trusted by high-net-worth individuals and SMEs who want more than a compliance box ticked.

Every client gets one point of contact — not a rotating cast of juniors. We respond the same day, explain things in plain English, and never cut corners, even when it'd be easier to. Our goal is simple: to become Australia's most trusted name in tax, accounting, and lending for businesses and high-net-wealth families.

Why join us?

  • Real ownership. You'll take genuine responsibility for your engagements and be trusted to make decisions like an owner, not just a team member.
  • A team that grows together. Our managers are focused on supporting your development — giving you the tools, training, and coaching to keep growing your career.
  • A firm with standards. We never cut corners, and we only recommend what genuinely benefits the client. If you want to do work you're proud of, you'll fit right in.
  • A collaborative, high-performing culture. You'll work alongside experienced accountants who want to do great work and support each other to get there.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in mentoring junior staff while delivering accurate, timely financial information to our clients. You'll work independently, take ownership of your engagements, and be backed by a collaborative, experienced team.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
  • Stay on top of changes in tax law, regulations, and accounting standards, and share that knowledge with the team
  • Support your Senior Manager/Associate with client meetings, software selection, business advisory, and strategic tax planning and structuring advice, as needed

What You'll Bring

  • CPA or CA qualification (essential)
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Australian Public Practice
  • A results-driven mindset, with the technical depth to apply your knowledge efficiently across a range of client engagements
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including maintaining required CPD hours and professional memberships
